Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Aesthetics Area Head to lead and oversee multiple aesthetics clinics in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will be responsible for strategic planning, operational excellence, business development, and ensuring high standards of patient care across all locations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Strategy & Growth:
   1. Develop and implement business strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
   2. Identify opportunities for new services, partnerships, and customer acquisition.
   3. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and take corrective actions as needed.
2. Operational Management:
   1. Oversee daily operations across multiple aesthetics clinics, ensuring efficiency and compliance with regulations.
   2. Implement best practices to enhance service quality and patient experience.
   3. Manage budgets, cost controls, and resource allocation effectively.
3. Team Leadership & Development:
   1. Lead, mentor, and motivate clinic managers, medical professionals, and support staff.
   2. Conduct performance reviews, training, and development programs to ensure a high-performing team.
   3. Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
4. Client Experience & Quality Assurance:
   1. Ensure a premium and consistent patient experience across all clinics.
   2. Uphold high standards of safety, hygiene, and compliance with Saudi healthcare regulations.
   3. Address customer feedback and implement service enhancements accordingly.
5. Marketing & Brand Positioning:
   1. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns.
   2. Strengthen brand positioning and visibility within the aesthetics industry.
   3. Build relationships with key stakeholders, influencers, and healthcare professionals.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
2. 5+ years of experience in a leadership role within the aesthetics, dermatology, or medical spa industry.
3. Strong understanding of the Saudi healthcare and aesthetics market.
4. Proven track record in business development, operations, and team leadership.
5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
6. Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and manage multiple locations.
