Waiter/Waitress - Indian Cuisine (Mecca, Saudi Arabia)

An upscale restaurant in Mecca is seeking a skilled and experienced Waiter/Waitress to join our team. Our restaurant specializes in authentic Indian cuisine, and we are looking for someone who is knowledgeable about Indian dishes and culture.

Responsibilities:

1. Greet and welcome customers with a warm and friendly attitude
2. Take orders and answer any questions about the menu
3. Serve food and drinks in a timely manner
4. Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service
5. Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and escalate to management if needed
6. Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining area, and work stations
7. Assist with setting up for special events or private parties as needed

Requirements:

1. At least 2 years of experience as a waiter/waitress in a high-end restaurant or hotel
2. Knowledge of Indian cuisine and culture is preferred
3. Excellent communication skills in English, Arabic fluency is a plus
4. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
5. Customer service oriented with a pleasant personality
6. Must be physically fit and able to stand for long periods of time
