Security manager

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Security Manager
to join our team at Radisson Hotel Jeddah Tahlia. This critical role is
responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our guests, employees, and
property. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and extensive
knowledge of security protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement
   hotel security policies and procedures to ensure the safety of guests,
   employees, and property.
2. Conduct regular risk
   assessments and security audits to identify and mitigate potential
   threats.
3. Coordinate with local
   law enforcement and emergency services as needed.
4. Monitor surveillance
   systems and respond promptly to security incidents.
5. Ensure compliance with
   all local laws and safety regulations related to hotel security.
6. Investigate security
   breaches, incidents, and guest concerns, providing detailed reports and
   recommendations.
7. Maintain accurate
   records of all security activities and incidents, ensuring proper
   documentation for audits and reviews.
8. Work closely with other
   departments to promote a culture of safety and awareness within the hotel.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in
   Security Management or a related field (preferred).
2. Minimum of 2 years of
   experience in a security management role, preferably within the
   hospitality industry.
3. Strong knowledge of
   safety and security procedures, risk management, and emergency response
   protocols.
4. Familiarity with CCTV
   systems, access control, and security monitoring tools.
5. Fluency in Arabic and
   English.
6. Excellent leadership,
   communication, and problem-solving skills.
7. Ability to work under
   pressure and handle emergency situations effectively.
