Short Description (Role Purpose)

The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for sales tasks and achieving the given sales target. Establish and maintain proper business relationships with customers and peers.

Job Accountabilities & Activities

1. Developing and sustaining long-lasting relationships with customers.
2. Negotiate sales contracts, finalize sales agreements and ensures timely payment of receivables (collections).
3. Monitor and report on market trends, potential projects and competitor activity.
4. Responsible to achieve the set sales target.
5. Calling potential customers to explain company products and encourage purchases.
6. Answering customers' questions and escalating complex issues to the relevant departments as needed.
7. Developing in-depth knowledge of company products.
8. Maintaining an accurate record of all sales, scheduled customer appointments, and customer complaints.
9. Collaborating with the product & marketing department to ensure that the company is reaching its target audience.
10. Informing product Manager of possible product improvements and changes to ensure that company products and Solution offerings meet current market needs.
11. Preparing cost-benefit analyses for prospective and existing customers to determine the most suitable purchase options.
12. Analyzing competitors' products to determine product features, benefits, shortfalls, and market success.
13. Collect, complete, and submit all necessary paperwork for new sales within defined Service Level Agreement (SLA) guidelines.

Education & Certifications

University degree in Business, Sales and Marketing, or any related field.

Required Years of Experience

2-3 years Proven Sales experience in related field.
