Job description

The Business Development Executive plays a crucial role in driving the growth and success of a recruitment and employee placement agency. This position involves identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and enhancing the agency's market presence. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the recruitment industry and demonstrate exceptional communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the agency's client base.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.

  8. Attend networking events and industry conferences to promote the agency.
  9. Provide regular reports on business development activities and outcomes to management.
