Job description

As an associate in the Landlord Leasing & Advisory team, you will be responsible for advising our landlord-clients throughout office leasing campaigns and the office development cycle. You will work in a diverse and dynamic environment, closely collaborating with our clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Work closely with the head of landlord advisory in delivering key KSA leasing projects.
  2. Advise landlords on optimum marketing and leasing strategies to ensure successful leasing campaigns.
  3. Execute successful leasing campaigns, engaging closely with leasing agents across the KSA market.
  4. Advise, with input from other JLL departments, on leasing and development of office schemes in Saudi Arabia.
  5. Provide advice covering occupier attraction, market positioning, design & amenities input, ideal delivery schemes, and leasing & marketing strategies.
  6. Identify new business opportunities and work closely with the Head of Team to secure them.
  7. Input and adopt internal databases.

  • Previous background in landlord leasing, with 3+ years of experience preferred.
  • Good report writing skills in MS Word.
  • Ability to prepare professional PowerPoint presentations.
  • Excellent understanding of MS Excel and Word.
  • Must be Riyadh-based.
  • Knowledge of the local KSA corporate leasing market.
  • Good administrative and IT skills.
  • Good numeracy and analytical skills.
  • Strong customer relations skills and ability to work and integrate in a busy team.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic, spoken and written.
