IT System Administrator

As an IT System Administrator at Adree, you will be responsible for managing and supporting our IT infrastructure to ensure optimal performance, security, and reliability. Your role will involve administering servers, network devices, and applications, while also providing support to our internal teams. You will leverage your technical expertise to troubleshoot issues, implement new systems, and maintain documentation of configurations and procedures. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to align IT strategies with business goals.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
2. Proven experience as an IT System Administrator or similar role (3+ years preferred)
3. Strong knowledge of network protocols, firewalls, and security best practices
4. Experience with server virtualization (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V) and cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure)
5. Proficient in Windows and Linux operating systems
6. Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues effectively
7. Strong scripting skills (PowerShell, Bash, etc.) for automation tasks
8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with team members
9. Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco) are a plus
