Develop and maintain high level Business Acumen on Transactional Business.
Co-design and monitor with the Business the Quarterly, yearly, and strategic roadmap (Forecast) to ensure profitable Growth and secure Target achievement.
Challenge/Support Commercial and marketing Strategy including AMSP and strategic initiatives to capture profitable growth.
Monitor action plans and understand changes in the environment, root causes of performance issues/deviation with the roadmap, risks, and opportunities.
Decide corrective or compensation actions with the Business, Channel, Regions, and support go/No go decisions on specific actions/opportunities to reach priorities and Targets.
Monitor Pricing performance and support business teams to take right actions.
Business Performance Analysis and Collaboration with Other Finance Subfunctions
Contribute to Closing activities with the performance team to ensure true and fair P&L reporting.
Help Business in understanding commercial performance across the different Business Models.
Performance follow-up (Toplines, Profitability, etc.) in line with the different dimensions of customer, channel, Offers.
Liaise with other finance subfunctions – Credit, Treasury, internal/external Audit, accounting, GSC finance, etc.
Transformation and Other Key Areas
Build strong relationships with stakeholders (e.g. Sales, Marketing, Pricing), effectively communicate financial insights, and foster a culture of financial transparency and accountability.
Participate in global or zone initiatives and take full ownership as well as leadership for the assignments, if any.

Qualifications
Experience and Skills We Are Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in finance or business administration or equivalent.
Fluency in English and Arabic.
5 years of experience in business partnering, FP&A, finance controlling, and Audit from reputable MNCs or Big 4.
Good business acumen on transactional business.
Strong stakeholder management, organizational, and communication skills.
