We are creating the Middle East's local digital champion and are looking for world-class talent to join our team.

What you'll do:

  1. Client Acquisition and Retention: Identify and engage new clients while nurturing existing accounts to validate service levels and develop additional revenue streams.
  2. Sales Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet or exceed targets and engage potential clients for 3PL services, focusing on selling pallet positions.
  3. End-to-End Sales: Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring opportunities are handled effectively and efficiently.
  4. CRM Management: Administer all inputs in the CRM system, manage lead pipelines and opportunities, and generate actionable reports for executive management.
  5. Payment Collections: Collaborate with the Finance team to follow up on outstanding payments and ensure timely collections.
  6. Market Research: Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

What you'll need:

  1. Proven track record in logistics, warehousing, or 3PL services sales or business development roles. Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role from Contract Logistics Sales background; freight knowledge is a plus.
  2. Strong understanding of the Saudi/UAE market and experience working with local clients.
  3. Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  4. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and drive results.
  5. Previous experience in sales roles with variable-based compensation is preferred.
