My Client, a BIG 4 firm in KSA, is a $100m FS consulting business in the Middle East, of which risk takes up 30%. Due to an increase in demand and pipeline, the lead FS partner is looking to double his Director cohort in the next year and is seeking established Directors from BIG 4 or equivalent who have delivered risk transformation within financial services.
This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with a strong track record in risk transformation (across credit, market, liquidity risk) to work in a growing, high-demand consulting group. It is expected that you have experience in client coverage within FS to develop and rapidly progress your career in Saudi Arabia. Full support will be given from Day 1 by the leading partners, with a roadmap to progression to partnership and beyond.
It is expected you have worked in consulting or wider professional services and, in addition to delivery, people management, and client engagement, you have worked in a market-facing capacity with the ability to originate and win work. Additionally, you should be able to lead engagements, drive programmes from shaping through to execution, and manage and build a high-performing team.
You will have strong industry domain expertise with a specialism in either retail, wholesale, corporate banking, or asset/wealth management, with an appreciation of key transformation agendas across risk (market, credit, or liquidity).
