• Coordinating with projects and sales to do required pre-installations at customer site
• Installing, operating and training security network products
• Have a thorough understanding of SLA contracts and coverage levels.
• Perform remedial repair activities on customer site.
• Perform assignments as directed by Response Center senior technical staff.
• Recognize situations requiring a service call escalation and follow proper escalation procedures.
• Provide the support required to close service events promptly, within the SLA and to the satisfaction of the customer.
• Validating actual problem and validating correct parts to be used for service.
• Effective debrief and reporting of service call for future enhancements.
• Documenting work activity and maintaining administrative paperwork.

• Minimum 4-5 years of hands-on technical implementation experience in surveillance systems and physical security systems.
• Strong background with underlying technologies such as Networking, WLAN, CCTV, Access Control, Arm barriers, and Bollard systems.
• Solid background in Milestone, Lenel, HID is a must.
• Solid background in fire alarm systems is preferred.
• Solid background in physical security systems is preferred.
• Able to work with Microsoft servers (any version).
• CCNA / CCNP certification is preferred.
• Milestone certification is a plus.
