We seek dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Directors to lead our business growth efforts. This role is designed for an entrepreneurial professional who thrives in a performance-based environment. Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
2. Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
3. Oversee the entire sales cycle, including lead generation, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals.
4. Identify and enter new markets, expanding the company’s reach.
5. Track and report on key sales metrics, providing insights for decision-making.
6. Design and execute marketing campaigns across digital, social media, and traditional platforms.
7. Optimize branding strategies to enhance visibility and engagement.
8. Conduct market research to identify customer needs, trends, and competitors.
9. Manage and analyze campaign performance, ensuring high ROI.
10. Develop content strategies to nurture leads and drive conversions.
11. Lead and motivate a sales and marketing team to deliver high performance.
12. Provide training and mentorship to team members.
13. Collaborate with other departments to ensure cohesive business strategies.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Requirements:

1. Proven experience in sales and marketing management, with a track record of achieving revenue targets.
2. Strong understanding of digital marketing, lead generation, and branding.
3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
4. Ability to work independently with an entrepreneurial mindset.
5. Proficiency in CRM tools, analytics platforms, and marketing software.
6. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
7. Must have adequate visa/working rights in the country. Baseel shall provide no visa sponsorship.
8. B2B and B2G Sales Experience.
