Area of Responsibility:

1. Plan project execution, revenue, billing, and collection for the project on a monthly basis.
2. Monitor budget, performance, and cash inflow to avoid or arrest adverse variance during execution.
3. Achieve target progress within budgeted cost for the quarter/year.
4. Explore enhanced profitability by introduction of innovation and strategizing.
5. Motivate and manage site personnel.
6. Work with the Contract and Claims department to raise additional justifiable claims and handle contractual correspondence with clients & consultants.
7. Plan, estimate site infrastructure, ensure resource mobilization, and monitor its effective usage.
8. Ensure adherence to standards, code of conduct (KCoC), KPIL values, ABAC, and SOPs established by the company.

Competencies:

1. Knowledge of the Saudi Arabia oil and gas Cross Country Pipelines: Understanding of the regulatory environment, market dynamics, and key players in the Saudi Arabia oil and gas industry specifically related to cross-country pipeline business.
2. Project Management Skills: Ability to effectively plan, organize, and manage cross-country pipeline projects from initiation to completion, including budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.
3. Leadership and Team Management: Ability to lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team, including engineers and other professionals, to achieve project objectives.
4. Technical Expertise: Extensive knowledge of oil and gas cross-country pipeline businesses as well as the latest industry technologies and best practices.
5. Stakeholder Engagement: Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with government agencies, local communities, and other stakeholders to ensure project success and compliance with regulations.
6. Health, Safety, and Environmental Management: Understanding of best practices for ensuring the safety of personnel and the protection of the environment in oil and gas cross-country pipeline operations.
7. Business Acumen: Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Saudi Arabia oil and gas industry, as well as to negotiate contracts and manage client relationships.

Qualification:

B.E / B.Tech with 20+ years’ experience in cross-country pipeline in Saudi Arabia.
