We are seeking a Business Development Specialist with 3-4 years of experience to support our client's team in driving growth, identifying opportunities, and strengthening client relationships. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in market research, lead generation, and proposal development to enhance the firm’s business development capabilities.
Responsibilities:
Market Research and Opportunity Identification: Conduct market research to identify global and local trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities. Analyze the Saudi market, particularly the public sector, to support business development strategies. Develop insights that guide targeted outreach and proposal efforts.
Lead Generation and Pipeline Management: Support the development of a pipeline of potential clients through research, networking, and leveraging internal resources. Identify key stakeholders in target organizations and contribute to outreach efforts. Qualify leads to ensure alignment with the firm’s strategic objectives.
Proposal and Presentation Development: Assist in preparing high-quality, tailored proposals and presentations that address client needs. Collaborate with internal teams to gather relevant information, case studies, and client insights. Ensure that proposals meet client expectations and adhere to submission requirements. Lead presentations to clients to pitch ideas or present proposals.
Client Engagement Support: Support senior team members in managing relationships with existing and potential clients. Participate in client meetings and discussions, providing research and logistical support as needed. Help identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling the firm’s services.
Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with consulting teams to align business development efforts with the firm’s delivery capabilities. Contribute to a smooth transition from sales to execution by coordinating internally. Share insights from client interactions to inform service offerings and project planning.
Networking and Brand Representation: Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build visibility and connections. Support the development of online content and maintain a professional presence on platforms like LinkedIn. Act as a brand ambassador by promoting the firm’s values and services.
Performance Tracking and Reporting: Assist in tracking and analyzing key business development metrics, such as lead generation, conversion rates, and revenue growth. Contribute to the preparation of reports and presentations that highlight progress, identify areas for improvement, and support data-driven decision-making. Maintain accurate records of client information and engagement history.
Strategic Support and Innovation: Contribute ideas for improving business development strategies and processes. Identify opportunities for expanding service offerings or addressing new client needs. Assist in exploring partnerships or collaborations to enhance the firm’s market position.
