Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Web/Mobile Application Engineer with a focus on Banking solutions. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality web and mobile applications tailored for the banking sector. You will work closely with product management and design teams to create user-friendly interfaces while implementing robust back-end functionalities.

The ideal candidate should possess in-depth knowledge of banking applications and proven experience in delivering scalable solutions such as:

1. Design, develop, and maintain responsive web and mobile applications for banking services.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
3. Ensure high performance and responsiveness of applications across devices and platforms.
4. Implement security measures and best practices to protect sensitive banking data.
5. Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers to uphold code quality.
6. Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in web and mobile application development, specifically in the banking domain.
7. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a relevant discipline.
• Over 5 years of experience as a Web/Mobile Application Engineer, particularly in banking applications.
• Expertise in programming languages, including JavaScript, Java, Swift, and Kotlin.
• Experience with frameworks and libraries such as React, Angular, or Flutter.
• A strong grasp of mobile app development best practices, including UX/UI principles.
• Familiarity with back-end technologies and APIs to ensure smooth integration.
• Insight into banking regulations and compliance requirements is advantageous.
• Outstanding problem-solving, communication, and collaborative abilities.
• Proficient in Unix/Linux operating systems and Node.js.
