Computer Hardware Engineer

Responsibilities

1. Perform technical study & recommendation report.
2. Carry out in-depth technical research for the designated tasks and create detailed recommendation reports.
3. Play a crucial role in the software or hardware product rollout cycle by providing significant insights.
4. Contribute to the required maintenance activities of hardware components for aiding effective delivery of the same.

Skills

1. Experience with mobile device software troubleshooting (iOS, Android, Windows Phone).
2. Knowledge of remote installation, troubleshooting, and repair work of computers and relevant components.
3. Good command of remote processing of computing components and spare parts.
4. Skilled in expanding customized OS parameters through a technically sound image deployment process.
