Job Description:

As the Spa Supervisor, you are responsible for ensuring luxury and tranquility await our Guests. You will be providing support to our staff, ensuring seamless transitions and service from check-in to check-out and everything in between.

What you will be doing:

• Ensure Guest and Colleague satisfaction at all times by ensuring that safety and service are the spa's top priorities.
• Perform supervisory duties including leading, coaching, performance management, counseling, scheduling, and supervision of staff.
• Promote sales of spa services and retail utilizing your extensive knowledge of all products and services.
• Coordinate support staff schedules and time off requests/trades to ensure adequate staffing.
• Assist Spa Manager with facility maintenance and work orders to ensure peak operational performance.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of competitors including locations, product offerings, pricing, and promotions.
• Perform Spa tours for potential clients as needed.
• Maintain close and effective working relationships with other departments.
• Maintain an atmosphere of aloha spirit by providing engaging, personalized, timely, and efficient service to our discerning guests.
• Focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.
• Promote and enforce health and safety awareness as well as have a complete understanding of the emergency procedures.
• Establish, update, and adhere to hotel and departmental policies, procedures, and service standards.
• Contribute to the improvement of the operation by contributing ideas, making suggestions, and holding regular departmental communication meetings.

Qualifications:

• Must be professional, service-oriented, accurate, gentle, and work with attention to detail, striving to exceed the expectations of every guest every time.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent personal appearance, good verbal and written communication skills. Ability to handle stressful situations professionally and multitask with ease while focusing on the guest. Knowledge of guest service and/or hospitality industry a plus.
• Reliable and energetic with strong communication skills.
