Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Fine Dining Restaurant Cashier/Waiter to join our prestigious restaurant team. The ideal candidate must be a Saudi national, below 28 years old, with previous experience in restaurant operations. The role requires excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle financial transactions efficiently.

Responsibilities:

1. Cash Handling: Manage financial transactions, including processing payments, handling cash, and ensuring accurate billing. Balance cash drawers and prepare daily sales reports.
2. Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to all guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience. Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
3. Order Taking and Serving: Accurately take and serve food and beverage orders. Ensure timely delivery of orders and maintain knowledge of the menu to answer guest questions.
4. Table Management: Assist in the setting and clearing of tables, maintaining a clean and organized dining area. Ensure tables are properly set for guests' arrival.
5. Coordination with Kitchen Staff: Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure orders are prepared correctly and promptly.
6. Compliance: Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene standards, ensuring the restaurant meets regulatory requirements.
7. Team Collaboration: Work closely with other wait staff and kitchen team to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications:

1. Nationality: Must be a Saudi national.
2. Age: Below 28 years old.
3. Experience: Previous experience in restaurant operations.
4. Skills: Strong customer service and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
5. Appearance: Presentable and well-groomed, in line with the restaurant's standards.
6. Language: Proficiency in Arabic and basic English is preferred.
