Job Description for HVAC Technician Sr. (Key Position)

Position: HVAC Technician Sr.
Location: TCN
Experience Required: 7+ Years

Educational Qualification:

1. HVAC - Mechanical Egg Diploma (3 years)
2. ITI Refrigeration and A/C

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage HVAC maintenance and installation projects.
2. Oversee the electro-mechanical aspects of HVAC systems, ensuring they meet quality and safety standards.
3. Provide expertise in troubleshooting and repairing HVAC systems, including refrigeration and air conditioning units.
4. Ensure adherence to EHSS (Environmental, Health, Safety, and Security) guidelines, including conducting JSA (Job Safety Analysis), Risk Assessment, and SHEM (Safety, Health, Environment, and Management) protocols.
5. Manage PSSR (Pre-start-up Safety Review) and MOC (Management of Change) procedures.
6. Supervise a team of technicians, ensuring efficient workflow and compliance with all operational standards.
7. Utilize computer skills (Word, Excel, etc.) to maintain accurate records of operations, work orders, and maintenance schedules.
8. Handle tools and equipment safely, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

1. Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience in HVAC systems (electrical and mechanical aspects).
2. Previous work experience in a relevant HVAC field.
3. Strong team leadership and supervisory skills.
4. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
5. Sound knowledge of EHSS protocols including JSA, risk assessments, and safety management.
6. Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
7. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
8. Effective communication skills in English.

Compensation:
Base Salary: 1,800.00 - 2,250.00 (based on experience)
Additional Benefits: 200.00
