We are seeking a visionary and strategic Partner to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, to lead our operations in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth, fostering client relationships, and shaping our regional strategy.
Develop and execute strategic plans to expand our presence and market share in the GCC region
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leading high-stakes client engagements and negotiations
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, government officials, and industry leaders
Lead and mentor a team of consultants, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation
Oversee the financial performance of regional operations, ensuring profitability and sustainable growth
Collaborate with global leadership to align regional strategies with overall organizational goals
Stay abreast of regional economic trends, regulatory changes, and market dynamics to inform decision-making
Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and media engagements
Qualifications
Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
10+ years of experience in consulting or a related industry, with a significant portion focused on the GCC region
Proven track record of driving business growth and managing high-performing teams in the GCC market
Strong strategic planning and execution skills, with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans
Excellent business development and relationship management capabilities
Advanced financial acumen and experience in managing P&L responsibilities
Exceptional cross-cultural communication and negotiation skills
In-depth knowledge of GCC markets, business practices, and regional economic trends
Proficiency in project management and the ability to lead complex, multi-faceted engagements
Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is highly desirable
Professional certifications such as PMP or CFA are preferred
Willingness to travel extensively within the GCC region
