We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Service Sales Executive to be based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will lead and develop mutually beneficial relationships between KONE and customers which are strategic or nationally/locally important. You will proactively identify solutions and develop processes that add value to our customers.

We need someone who has the ability to influence, is result-driven, and has strong commercial acumen skills. Ideally, we are looking for somebody who has good knowledge of the service industry.

Responsibilities:

  1. Proactively develops and creates customer relationships in his/her area of responsibility.
  2. Is accountable for developing KONE position in his/her customer base or market area.
  3. Creates and communicates leads and sales opportunities for the entire KONE sales team (e.g., cross-selling).
  4. Ensures customer satisfaction and solves complaints with the rest of the KONE team.
  5. Documents customer and contact information, maintains customer data.

Sales Responsibilities:

  1. Proactively generates opportunities from outside the current customer base.
  2. Handles RFQs.
  3. Is accountable for leads, opportunities, orders, and contracts to meet the sales budget and pricing targets.
  4. Is accountable for finding customer needs and ensuring KONE’s solution matches those needs.
  5. Is responsible for pricing using the approved tendering tools, and for optimizing prices and discounts within his/her authority.
  6. Validates that the contents of the contract are in line with the negotiation process outcome.
  7. Maintains full information of opportunities, tasks, and visits (sales funnel management).
  8. Responsible for timely and accurate reporting in CRM.
  9. Responsible for gathering relevant information about the market and competitors from the field.
  10. Supports the finance function in money collection.
  11. Drives execution of his/her individual sales plan.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
  2. Minimum 3 years of direct sales experience having a solution-selling approach.
  3. Good understanding of the Service / Maintenance business.
  4. Highly motivated, goal-oriented, diligent, organized self-starter with an orientation towards a high level of customer service.
  5. Passion for sales, with a proven track record and a strong customer focus.
  6. CRM experience is a plus.
  7. Fluency in English is a must; Arabic communication is an added advantage.
  8. As per current labor regulations, this role is only open to Saudi nationals.
