Information Technology Manager

Job Responsibilities -

• Infrastructure Management: Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and data storage systems.
• IT Governance: Develop, implement, and maintain an effective IT governance framework aligned with the organization's strategic goals.
• Policy and Standards: Create, review, and update IT policies, standards, and procedures to ensure compliance with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
• Project Management: Lead and manage IT projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget and quality standards.
• Budget Management: Develop and manage the IT budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
• Innovation: Stay abreast of emerging technologies and identify opportunities to leverage them for business advantage.
• Operational Management: Manage multiple projects within their discipline. This typically includes developing or ensuring the development of accurate and thorough forecasts, establishing plans that prioritize initiatives based on an understanding of the needs of the business, ensuring resources and organization structure are in place and operating effectively, and proactively evaluating the effectiveness of processes utilized within the department, making and implementing improvements as needed to increase efficiency.
