Job Description

The Restaurant Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety. This role involves supervising staff, managing inventory, handling customer concerns, and ensuring the restaurant operates efficiently and profitably.

Key Accountabilities

  1. Manage restaurant operations and enforce company policies.
  2. Supervise, train, and motivate staff.
  3. Ensure customer satisfaction and handle complaints.
  4. Oversee inventory, sales, and cost control.
  5. Collaborate on menu planning and promotions.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

  1. Leadership, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
  2. Knowledge of restaurant operations, financial management, and hygiene standards.
  3. Experience in restaurant management (2-5 years preferred).
  4. Degree in hospitality or related field (preferred).
