Supply Chain Manager

1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as sales, operations, and finance, to forecast demand, align production schedules, and streamline supply chain processes to meet customer demands and maximize profitability.
2. Supervise and manage all supply chain operations, including sourcing, production planning, inventory control, and distribution, ensuring the timely and cost-efficient delivery of goods.
3. Track key performance metrics (KPIs) and leverage data analytics to pinpoint areas for enhancement, implement continuous process improvements, and mitigate potential interruptions in the supply chain, ultimately ensuring efficient operations and customer contentment.
4. Evaluate and select suppliers based on their performance in terms of quality, cost, and timely delivery, while negotiating contracts and terms to obtain favorable pricing, reduce risks, and foster enduring partnerships with vital suppliers and partners.

Skills

1. بكالوريس في إدارة الأعمال أو إدارة سلاسل الامداد والترحيل أو الإدارة اللوجستية.
2. خبرة عشر سنوات كحد أدنى في شركات الخرسانة الجاهزه أو مجال المنتجات سريعه العطب مثل الأغذيه.
3. اللغة الانجليزيه تكون جيده.
4. معرفته ببرامج الأوفيس.
5. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management or Logistics Management.
6. Minimum of ten years of experience in ready-mix concrete companies or the field of perishable Products FMCG.
7. Good English.
8. Knowledge of Office programs.
