About the role:

Performance Management Lead – MENAT Region – Rotation (Contract)

Are you a seasoned Performance Management lead, with proven solid experience in performance management, operations, or project management within the international oil and gas industry? Then this could be a terrific challenging opportunity for you!

Responsibilities:

• Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
  • Develop and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational efficiency, cost control, safety, and environmental compliance.
  • Create detailed reports and dashboards for senior management, providing insights into operational performance trends.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans.
• Continuous Improvement:
  • Lead initiatives for process optimization and operational improvements, using Lean Six Sigma or other methodologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and technological innovations that enhance productivity and reduce downtime.
  • Analyze equipment performance, maintenance schedules, and production data to identify inefficiencies and recommend corrective actions.
• Project Management:
  • Oversee performance-related projects, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budgets, and alignment with company objectives.
  • Coordinate with procurement, engineering, and HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) teams to ensure smooth execution of performance enhancement initiatives.
  • Support project teams in achieving operational targets and meeting regulatory requirements.
• Stakeholder Communication:
  • Serve as a liaison between different business units to align performance objectives across departments (midstream, downstream, upstream).
  • Communicate performance insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
• Risk Management & Compliance:
  • Ensure that performance improvement initiatives comply with industry regulations and safety standards.
  • Identify potential risks related to operational performance and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure adherence to environmental, safety, and regulatory requirements in all performance enhancement activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Proven track record within performance management, operations, or project management in the oil and gas industry.
• Proficiency and compelling understanding of oil and gas business practices.
• Competence in data analytics and performance monitoring computer software.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma or alike continuous enhancement methodologies is a plus.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tough deadlines.
