Unikomm is looking for a highly skilled ServiceNow Business Analyst to join our team in Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities:

  1. Business Analyst for ServiceNow platform and applications.
  2. Conduct design workshops for ServiceNow platform and applications to define and prioritize the goals, objectives, epics, stories, features, non-functional requirements, use cases, and user acceptance criteria for continuous delivery pipeline.
  3. Conduct a thorough analysis, review and document client's designated business processes.
  4. Provide recommendations and implementation strategies for improving business processes, procedures, and workflows.
  5. Lead development, creation, review, approval and archival of epics, stories, features, non-functional requirements, use cases, user acceptance criteria, and training content in ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) application.
  6. Plan, lead, maintain, and deliver ServiceNow platform and application web-based and on-site training.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 3 years of experience in ServiceNow implementations.
  3. ServiceNow certification(s) such as Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS), or Certified Application Developer (CAD) preferred.
  4. Demonstrated expertise in gathering and analyzing business requirements, and translating them into technical solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
  5. Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and best practices.
  6. Experience with Agile methodologies and working in cross-functional teams.
  7. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  8. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  9. Experience with other ITSM platforms and ITIL certification is a plus.
