As an Account Manager at RedBox, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of key accounts and ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, provide solutions, and ensure that our services are meeting and exceeding their expectations. Your role will involve building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying opportunities for account growth, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure client success.
Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of key accounts and serve as the main point of contact for clients
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
Proactively identify opportunities for account growth and collaborate with sales and marketing teams to capitalize on those opportunities
Ensure client satisfaction by regularly communicating with clients, addressing any concerns, and providing exceptional customer service
Work closely with cross-functional teams, such as operations and customer service, to ensure seamless service delivery and client success
Prepare and deliver regular performance reports to clients, highlighting key metrics and outlining strategies for improvement
Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions, ensuring that clients are informed of any relevant changes or opportunities
Participate in client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to enhance client relationships and secure long-term partnerships
Collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative solutions and improve overall service offerings based on client feedback and market demands
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
Proven experience in account management or client-facing roles
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Self-motivated and results-oriented
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
Knowledge of the logistics or e-commerce industry is a plus
