Description:
- Design and implement secure, scalable, and highly available cloud architectures on GCP.
- Lead the development and deployment of cloud solutions tailored to organizational needs and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define cloud strategies, best practices, and roadmaps.
- Optimize and manage cloud infrastructure for cost, performance, and reliability.
- Develop and enforce cloud security policies, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Integrate GCP cloud solutions with on-premises systems and third-party services.
- Drive the automation of infrastructure provisioning and management using tools like Terraform or Cloud Deployment Manager.
- Conduct performance tuning and troubleshooting for GCP infrastructure and applications.
- Stay updated with advancements in GCP and cloud technologies, providing recommendations to adopt innovative solutions.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of cloud architectures, processes, and governance frameworks.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Google Cloud Certified Professional Cloud Architect or equivalent certification is highly preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in designing and managing cloud solutions, with a strong focus on GCP.
- In-depth understanding of cloud architecture principles, networking, virtualization, and containerization.
- Expertise in infrastructure as code (IaC) tools like Terraform or Cloud Deployment Manager.
- Proven experience in cloud security, including identity and access management, network security, and compliance standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering innovative solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools for CI/CD integration in cloud environments.
