Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and innovate in our diverse culinary outlets, including the all-day dining restaurant, the exquisite fine dining experience, the bustling 24-hour Café, in addition to their comprehensive Room and Catering Services.
Lead and inspire a team of culinary professionals in delivering exceptional dining experiences, with a special focus on Asian cuisine, including Vietnamese and Indonesian specialties, as well as a wide range of International dishes.
Maintain and elevate culinary standards across all dining venues, ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Proven track record as an Executive Head Chef, particularly in renowned international hotel chains in Indonesia or Vietnam.
Specialized experience in Asian cuisine, especially Vietnamese, Indonesian, or broader Asian culinary styles.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, train, and inspire a diverse team.
