Provide High-Quality Patient Care:Deliver compassionate and professional nursing care to patients in a fast-paced environment, ensuring their physical, emotional, and psychological well-being.
Emergency and Critical Care:Respond to medical emergencies, perform triage, and provide immediate care in critical situations, including resuscitation, wound management, and stabilization of patients.
Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams:Work closely with doctors, specialists, and healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualised care plans, ensuring seamless patient care and optimal outcomes.
Monitor and Assess Patient Conditions:Regularly evaluate patient progress, monitor vital signs, administer medications, and adjust care plans as needed to ensure effective treatment and recovery.
Educate Patients and Families:Provide clear and empathetic communication to patients and their families, offering guidance on post-treatment care, medication management, and lifestyle adjustments.
Maintain Compliance and Safety:Adhere to hospital protocols, safety standards, and regulatory requirements, ensuring a safe and hygienic environment for patients and staff.
Skills
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (preferred). Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
Valid Nursing License from the country of origin.
Saudi Council License (or eligibility to obtain one).
Relevant training certificates related to the field of practice.
Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) (as per department requirements).
