Staff Nurse

We are looking to hire nurses to work in: Riyadh, Mecca & Jeddah (Relocation Services Will be Provided)

1. Provide High-Quality Patient Care:Deliver compassionate and professional nursing care to patients in a fast-paced environment, ensuring their physical, emotional, and psychological well-being.
2. Emergency and Critical Care:Respond to medical emergencies, perform triage, and provide immediate care in critical situations, including resuscitation, wound management, and stabilization of patients.
3. Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams:Work closely with doctors, specialists, and healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualised care plans, ensuring seamless patient care and optimal outcomes.
4. Monitor and Assess Patient Conditions:Regularly evaluate patient progress, monitor vital signs, administer medications, and adjust care plans as needed to ensure effective treatment and recovery.
5. Educate Patients and Families:Provide clear and empathetic communication to patients and their families, offering guidance on post-treatment care, medication management, and lifestyle adjustments.
6. Maintain Compliance and Safety:Adhere to hospital protocols, safety standards, and regulatory requirements, ensuring a safe and hygienic environment for patients and staff.

Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (preferred). Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
• Valid Nursing License from the country of origin.
• Saudi Council License (or eligibility to obtain one).
• Relevant training certificates related to the field of practice.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) (as per department requirements).
