− Maintains Records in the quality, safety and environment division.
− Takes and transcribes dictation, and composes and prepares correspondence, reports, and other complex documents.
− Creates and maintains database and spreadsheet files.
− Acts as custodian of the documents and records of the quality, safety and environment division.
− Assists in the training and implementation of the system procedures.
− Assists in editing system procedures as spreadsheets or word files according to the “Instruction for writing quality assurance documents.”
− Conducts statistical analyses related to quality, safety and environment indicators.
− Updates list of quality forms and assists in the follow-up and implementation of quality forms actions.
− Distributes and communicates standards and system documents to the concerned departments as per diffusion matrix.
− Receives customer claims and reports them to the QHSE Manager as well as to the General Manager.
− Updates sample conditions lists and diffusion matrix based on pricing forms.
