Minimum of 10 years of experience in instrumentation and control engineering.
Project management experience is mandatory.
Strong knowledge of instrumentation and control systems, including sensors, PLCs, SCADA, and DCS.
Proficiency in engineering software and tools for design and simulation (e.g., AutoCAD, MATLAB, Siemens TIA Portal).
Familiarity with industry standards and regulations (e.g., ISA, IEC, API).
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the oil and gas, power generation, or process industries.
Knowledge of cybersecurity principles for industrial control systems.
Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
