Job Summary
We are looking for a results-driven E-commerce Manager with expert-level experience in Odoo eCommerce, AWS integrations, and Dropshipping models. The successful candidate will lead the planning, execution, and optimization of our online sales strategy across digital platforms, ensuring seamless integration between e-commerce operations and backend systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the e-commerce business plan aligned with the company’s strategic goals.
• Develop and implement strategies for Odoo eCommerce to increase traffic, conversion, and sales.
• Evaluate and improve user journeys, checkout flows, and digital merchandising.

• Manage the full life cycle of the Odoo eCommerce platform, including product catalog, pricing rules, promotions, and website layout.
• Customize Odoo modules to support unique business requirements (e.g., digital vouchers, multi-warehouse setup).
• Coordinate with Odoo ERP modules (Inventory, Sales, Accounting, CRM) to ensure end-to-end system alignment.

• Lead and maintain AWS-hosted Odoo instances, including EC2, S3, RDS, CloudFront, and Load Balancers.
• Ensure robust data security, backup, auto-scaling, and high-availability configurations.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to automate deployments and CI/CD pipelines for Odoo custom modules.

• Establish and optimize dropshipping workflows using Odoo Purchase, Inventory, and Vendor Portals.
• Integrate third-party drop shipping platforms and APIs for real-time stock visibility and order tracking.
• Build vendor SLA dashboards to monitor shipping performance and manage exceptions proactively.

• Collaborate on campaigns for SEO, SEM, email marketing, and paid social to drive qualified traffic.
• Use Odoo's Marketing Automation tools and integration with Mailchimp or SendGrid for lifecycle marketing.
• Apply A/B testing and personalization to boost customer experience and lifetime value.

• Leverage Odoo BI, Google Analytics 4, and external tools (e.g., Power BI) for real-time insights.
• Report on key KPIs such as GMV, CAC, LTV, churn rate, and fulfillment KPIs.
• Recommend data-driven improvements to UX, promotions, and backend processes.

• Manage and mentor cross-functional teams including developers, digital marketers, and support staff.
• Define SOPs and training materials for Odoo users and customer support agents.

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years in e-commerce, with 3+ years of hands-on Odoo eCommerce experience.
• Proven experience with AWS infrastructure and services for Odoo hosting.
• Strong understanding of dropshipping models, logistics automation, and vendor integration.
• Familiarity with payment gateways (e.g., PayPal, Stripe, HyperPay, SAWA, MAD) and regional compliance standards.
• Proficiency with HTML/CSS, Python (Odoo), and REST APIs is a strong plus.
• Excellent leadership, project management, and communication skills.

• Experience with multi-region e-commerce (MENA, EU, US) using localized settings in Odoo.
• Knowledge of headless commerce, PWA (Progressive Web Apps), and Odoo front-end customization.
• Bilingual (Arabic/English) is a plus for MENA-based roles.
