1. Responsible for the daily management of the dark store delivery module, developing regional delivery management plans and supervising on-site execution.
2. Facilitate the implementation of business operations in the region, monitor daily operations, service quality, and performance metrics.
3. Collect, provide feedback on, and resolve fulfillment issues in the region, follow up on operational anomalies, and conduct experience analysis for continuous improvement.
4. Oversee the training of supervisors/riders in the region to enhance employees' overall quality and business capabilities.
5. Ensure service quality at sites within the region, analyze delivery customer complaints, implement effective measures to control complaints, and provide professional, efficient, and high-quality delivery services to enhance customer satisfaction.
