Position Overview

Responsible for providing support for CHINT West Asia and Africa (WAA)'s soft-starter, VFD, servo system and automation business. Promote driver business in WAA.

Key Responsibilities

1. Support WAA country manager, sales, distributor and end customer on soft-starter, VFD, servo system and automation business.
2. Collect information and identify market opportunity and regularly from WAA customer by visiting with sales and marketing team.
3. Provide pre-sales, mid-sales and post-sales on-site technical support for WAA customer including on site configuration, testing, pilot run, field issues analysis and so on.
4. Provide related products and application training for WAA distributors, end customer and internal employees to enhance competence.
5. Responsible for new product localization where needed.
6. Participate exhibition and TCs, share presentations and seminars to support commercial events and collect information.
7. Participate in writing related standards and take the lead of business direction.
8. Regularly feedback to headquarters on field issues analysis, opportunity, information collected and so on.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in electrical or automation relevant field.
2. More than 3 years working experience on soft-starter, VFD, servo system and automation design or application.
3. Understand the working principle of soft-starter, VFD, servo system and automation products.
4. Familiar with soft-starter, VFD, servo system and automation products applications including installation, commissioning, PLC or HMI programming, EMC and power quality improvement and so on.
5. Good experience with optimizing reliability and adaptability of soft-starter, VFD, servo system and automation products is a plus.
6. Proficient in English speaking, listening, writing and reading.
7. Can accept overseas travel and frequent on-site support.
8. Passionate about technologies, possessing strong adaptability, execution ability, and teamwork ability.
