Drilling Rig Foreman

A leading Talent Acquisition Company in Saudi Arabia is seeking a dedicated and experienced Drilling Rig Foreman for a prestigious project in Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will oversee and manage drilling operations, ensuring the highest standards of safety and efficiency.

• Lead and supervise the drilling crew, ensuring adherence to safety regulations and protocols;
• Manage all aspects of drilling operations, working closely with the drilling engineer and project management;
• Ensure effective communication and coordination between various teams and stakeholders;
• Maintain accurate drilling records and documentation;
• Resolve operational challenges and implement solutions for continuous improvement;
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide training to crew members;
• Monitor and enforce compliance with environmental and safety standards.

• Thirteen (13) years relevant experience in drilling and workover operations including supervisory experience generally acquired by progression on a drilling or workover rig.

• B.S. degree in Engineering with Seven (7) years of experience working in drilling and workover operations including adequate supervisory experience on a drilling or workover rig.
• Willing to live in remote areas in mobile camps.
