Job description

Responsibilities

  1. Manage and maintain company documents, ensuring proper organization and security.
  2. Develop and implement document control procedures and systems.
  3. Store, retrieve, and distribute documents efficiently and accurately.
  4. Maintain version control and ensure document updates are tracked effectively.
  5. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards for documentation.
  6. Support project teams by providing accurate records and document tracking.
  7. Perform regular audits to verify document accuracy and completeness.
  8. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate document sharing.
  9. Provide training and guidance on document control systems and procedures.

Skills

  1. Minimum 2-5 years experience, preferably within Construction, Engineering, or Project Management companies as a Document Controller or Secretary
  2. Proficient with MS Office suite of applications, Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.
  3. Excellent command of English Language Spoken and Written; Arabic language is a plus.
  4. Located in / willing to relocate to: Al-Madinah Al-Munawwara.
  5. Allowed to work in Al-Madinah Al-Munawwara as per local regulation; i.e., of Muslim Faith.
  6. Systematic, Punctual, Accurate, and Well Organized.
  7. Presentable.
