Job Description - Distributors Sales Lead Engineer (009AOT)

Responsibilities:

1. Establish a good relationship with distributors’ and wholesalers’ management and teams including sales, marketing, and supply chain departments.
2. Finalize the agreement and recommend the terms of customers’ contracts.
3. Follow up on all ordering processes and needed documents including logistics and finance in coordination with EPS, FZE, and CME teams.
4. Follow up on customers’ payments and accounts receivable, ensuring that the DSO is within the targeted range.
5. Prepare sales/booking and orders status/progress reports for distributors.
6. Collect sales/stock reports from customers and consolidate them into one report on a monthly basis.
7. Follow up on all campaigns for residential products LS (WD, VDI, and CMS) and FLV (LC, MCB, ECB, SS).
8. Suggest training/small seminars for customers and coordinate with Marketing for scheduling.
9. Consistently update literature and promotional tools for all customers (all showrooms of distributors) and ensure the best visibility of SE at their showrooms.
10. Prepare monthly reports for activities, sales, partners, WS news, competency, etc.
11. Achieve targeted booking for LS distributors.
12. Ensure DSO for LS distributors.
13. Ensure on-time delivery for LS distributors.
14. Maintain SE visibility at distributors’ and wholesalers’ showrooms.
15. Ensure overall customer satisfaction.
16. Provide on-time quality reporting (booking, sales, stock, and monthly reports).
17. Drive growth in existing channels or via new ones.

BSc in Electrical Engineering
