DIRECTOR OF WELLNESS - LUXURY RESORT, KSA

We have been retained by this ultra-luxury resort company to find a visionary Director of Wellness to oversee the Spa & all holistic programmes on site. This brand prides itself on delivering exceptional service and creating unforgettable experiences for our guests. The Director will be instrumental in developing and executing strategies to enhance services, drive revenue, and maintain the highest standards of guest care.

EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & CERTIFICATIONS NEEDED FOR THIS ROLE:

1. Proven experience (5+ years) in a senior leadership role within the wellness & spa industry
2. In-depth knowledge of holistic & wellness practices & offerings, spa services and treatments
3. Pre-opening experience is very beneficial
4. Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing team
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
6. Strong financial acumen, including budget management and revenue growth strategies
7. Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
8. A passion for delivering exceptional guest service and a commitment to high standards
9. Certification or formal education in spa management, wellness, or related fields is a plus
10. Understanding of remote or island-style living is beneficial
