Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the software engineering team, comprising 20+ engineers, ensuring a collaborative, high-performance work environment.
• Develop and implement the technical vision and strategy in alignment with the company’s overall business goals.
• Oversee all phases of software development, from design through implementation and support.
• Ensure the continuous improvement of software development processes and tools to enhance productivity and product quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and marketing, to ensure successful project delivery.
• Drive innovation by staying abreast of the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
• Ensure scalability, security, and performance of software solutions.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
• Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities to team members.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering, analytics, or a related field, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Experience working within a large-scale consultancy organization (preferred).
• Proven experience in leading and managing teams of 20+ staff members in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• A Master’s Degree from a leading university in Saudi Arabia (preferably in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field).
• Strong technical acumen, with hands-on experience in software architecture, development, and deployment.
• Demonstrated business acumen, with the ability to align technical initiatives with business objectives and drive measurable outcomes.
• Exceptional problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.
• Experience with modern software development methodologies and technologies (e.g., cloud computing, AI/ML, DevOps, microservices architecture).
• Excellent written and spoken English (essential).
