Sales Director - Online Automotive

The Sales Director - Online Automotive will be responsible for leading our sales team, developing and executing sales strategies, building a high-performing sales team, and driving revenue growth in the online automotive sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the online automotive market.
  2. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment.
  3. Sales Team Building: Recruit and build a strong sales team, ensuring it is well-equipped to meet and exceed sales targets.
  4. Client Acquisition: Oversee client acquisition efforts, including identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  5. Revenue Growth: Set ambitious revenue targets, monitor progress, and take proactive steps to achieve and exceed sales goals.
  6. Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
  7. Sales Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the sales team.
  8. Sales Collateral: Develop and manage sales collateral, presentations, and proposals tailored to the online automotive market.
  9. Sales Reporting: Provide regular reporting and insights to the executive team on sales performance.
  10. Budget Management: Develop and manage budgets for the sales department.

Desired Candidate Profile

  1. Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  2. 7 years of experience in senior sales roles, preferably in the automotive industry.
  3. Extensive experience in sales leadership, client acquisition, and managing teams.
  4. Comprehensive knowledge of online automotive market dynamics and industry trends.
  5. Exceptional leadership, communication, and team management skills.
  6. Proven ability to build, develop, and manage high-performing sales teams.
  7. Proficiency in data analysis, sales forecasting, and budget management.
