Leading provider of software solutions for airline crews, dedicated to enhancing operational efficiency and crew management. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Sales to join our team and drive our growth in the aviation sector.

Job Description :

Position Overview : The Director of Sales will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to expand our market presence and drive revenue growth. This role requires a seasoned sales professional with a strong network in both the private sector and government entities within Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the aviation sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the private sector and government.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance and achievement of targets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with company goals.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.

Requirements :

  • Proven experience as a Director of Sales or similar senior sales role in the software or aviation industry.
  • Extensive network of contacts in the private sector and government within Saudi Arabia.
  • Strong understanding of the aviation industry and airline crew management software.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
  • Results-driven with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
