Director of Information Technology (IT)

Ultimate Peaks is seeking an experienced Director of IT to lead the technology strategy for a semi-government entity in Riyadh undergoing transformation and restructuring. This is a key leadership role responsible for modernizing IT infrastructure, strengthening cybersecurity, and driving digital transformation to support the organization's strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute an IT strategy aligned with the organization's transformation goals
• Oversee IT infrastructure, digital transformation initiatives, and cybersecurity
• Lead system integrations, cloud migration, and technology upgrades
• Ensure IT governance, compliance, and data security in line with best practices

• Proven experience in IT leadership roles, preferably within government or large-scale organizations
• Strong expertise in digital transformation, cloud computing, and cybersecurity
• Track record of implementing IT strategies that drive efficiency and innovation
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
