Director of Engineering – Four Seasons Resort and Residences AMAALA at Triple Bay
The Role of Director of Engineering:
We currently have an opportunity for Director of Engineering to join our Four Seasons Resort at Amaala, Triple Bay opening team!
Reporting to the Hotel Manager, you will be an integral member of the Hotel Leadership team that is collectively responsible for making key strategic and operational decisions for the hotel.
You will be responsible for providing professional direction and strategic leadership for the team of Engineering and Maintenance specialists responsible for all aspects of the hotel and building maintenance. This position will include project management (including annual and long-term capital expenditures), procurement and planning, leading the day-to-day maintenance operations of the hotel, and budget planning and management. You will also lead the Safety Committee and the energy conservation program.
Critical to the success of the role is the accomplishment of all responsibilities in conjunction with talent leadership and development, delivering the highest of standards consistently and ensuring the safety and comfort of our guests and employees. As a member of the leadership team, you will provide short- and long-term strategic direction in conjunction with all operational needs of the individual departments.
Our Ideal Director of Engineering candidate will have:
Hotel opening experience and expert technical knowledge of general building maintenance and environmental standards.
Additionally, you will be a passionate and motivated leader with excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills, have the highest level of integrity and transparency, strategic, analytical and strong business acumen, an eye for detail, a passion for service, and a desire to promote a continuous learning environment that creates an atmosphere for professional development opportunities.
Suitable candidates must be eligible to work in Saudi Arabia. Fluency in Arabic and English is essential.
