Job Description

1. Oversee front-end and back-end development teams and their projects
2. Monitor reliability and performance of all internal systems to suggest improvements
3. Ensure compliance with security regulations
4. Manage software development projects by setting requirements, goals and timelines
5. Prepare and manage the engineering department's budget
6. Design strategies for future development projects based on the company's overall objectives and resources
7. Hire engineers and coordinate their training
8. Implement innovative technologies
9. Coordinate with external stakeholders for new integrations and tools
10. Review and update policies relevant to internal systems and equipment

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent

1. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity
2. Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language
3. Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint
