Leads the process and the development and implementation of strategic plans.
Ensures the delivery of high-quality, compassionate healthcare and is further committed to supporting the strategic direction of the community.
Ensures the establishment and implementation of challenging/achievable patient care, safety, education, and community service goals while ensuring financial viability.
Ensures accountability for demonstrated commitment to improving community health status and addressing societal issues that contribute to poor health, as well as personally working for the betterment of the community-at-large.
Ensures the attainment of HSP objectives through the selection, development, organization, motivation, management, evaluation, and promotion of human resources and through the establishment and maintenance of facilities, equipment, supplies, and other required resources.
Establishes and maintains communications and relations with the Medical, Professional, and Support staff and supports their development, individually and collectively, to promote cooperation and coordinated effort in accomplishing mutual goals.
Fosters a smoothly functioning, efficient organization through anticipating problems and the timely and effective resolution of disruptions.
Conducts all of the above consistent with established ideals, standards, and policies of the corporation, ethics of the profession, and in compliance with government legislation.
Performs other duties related to the job as assigned by higher management.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business and Healthcare Administration or related field.
Master's Degree in Business and Healthcare Administration or related field.
MD or Ph.D. Degree in Business and Healthcare Administration or related field.
Minimum of 12 years’ experience after the Bachelor in the same field, with a focus on supervisory level roles.
Minimum of 8 years’ experience after the Master's degree in the same field, with a focus on supervisory level roles.
