Digital Transformation Leadership: Drive the development and execution of the digital transformation strategy, focusing on leveraging technology to enhance operational efficiency, productivity, and innovation.
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Expertise: Lead the implementation and ongoing development of Microsoft Dynamics 365, ensuring it is effectively customized to meet the needs of digital transformation and automation projects.
Automation Projects: Manage projects aimed at automating manufacturing processes and business operations, from initial concept through to successful implementation and evaluation.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various departments, including IT, operations, finance, and HR, to ensure digital transformation efforts are aligned with overall business objectives and integrated across the organization.
Change Management: Lead change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of new technologies and processes, including training programs and support systems for staff.
Innovation and Continuous Improvement: Identify and evaluate new digital technologies and trends that can further enhance operational efficiency and competitive advantage.
Vendor Management: Manage relationships with software vendors, service providers, and consultants, ensuring the company has access to the best solutions and expertise.
Project Management: Utilize best practices in project management to ensure digital transformation and automation projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the desired quality standards.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage data analytics and business intelligence capabilities within Microsoft Dynamics 365 to inform decision-making and measure the impact of digital transformation initiatives.
Compliance and Security: Ensure digital transformation projects comply with relevant regulations and standards, and that data security is maintained.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in project management, specifically in digital transformation and automation within a manufacturing environment.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365, including implementation, customization, and development.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and the application of digital technologies to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, capable of motivating teams and managing stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive projects from concept to completion.
• Experience in change management and the ability to lead organizational transformation initiatives.

Desired Skills:
• Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) and Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience with other digital technologies such as IoT, AI, machine learning, and robotics in a manufacturing context.
