Responsible for leading the digital trading strategy and execution for Nahdi's ecommerce channels, ensuring that the online shopping offering is optimized for conversion and customer satisfaction. Oversee the digital trading team, working closely with commercial and digital marketing teams to to develop and implement trading and promotional plans that support the company's online strategy and revenue goals. Forecast sales phasing and promotions performance and lead reactive operations to ensure that the business plan is achieved.
Accountabilities:
Digital Trading:
Responsible for the day-to-day management of online trading to ensure effective and timely delivery and continuous growth through sales optimization in line with the commercial business plan.
Ensure that all teams possess the necessary capabilities to make responsive modifications to the plans based on prevailing trends and market conditions.
Responsible for continuously analyzing trading performance and identifying opportunities to drive growth and profitability. Use data and insights to make informed decisions, monitor competitor activity and customer behavior to improve trading performance, and maximize sell-through opportunities through promotional activities.
Understand on site customer behavior to optimize customer journey and experience to maximize product visibility and sales performance.
Monitor the ongoing performance of online promotions in order to make recommendations for change and feeding these back to the promotion review forums.
Work closely with the rest of the Omnichannel teams, including digital experience, product management, technology to ensure the business requirements are incorporated in the roadmap planning of the division and promotions planning is executed successfully end to end with regards to content scheduling, Guest activation, marketing, analytics, and support.
Represent the Omnichannel business cross-functionally and work closely with external divisions such as marketing / promotions, commercial, supply chain to ensure that the digital operations are aligned with overall business objectives and the Omnichannel goals are supported by the wider business.
Manage the analysis of trading data to identify trends and generate insightful reports that inform strategic decision-making.
Digital Trading Operations Management:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the digital trading platform to ensure seamless execution of trades and transactions.
Responsible for trading workflows, processes, and systems to improve efficiency and productivity.
Ensure to establish strong risk management and compliance frameworks to minimize financial and regulatory risks.
Responsible for developing and implement thorough performance metrics to monitor the success of digital trading initiatives
Team Management:
Lead and manage the digital trading team, providing direction, coaching, and support to ensure that team members are enabled to deliver on their objectives.
Build, lead, and motivate a high-performing team of digital trading specialists and analysts.
Review the performance of each category with each digital trading manager, identifying areas of improvement and ensure the team is allocating their efforts to high ROI activities to improve performance.
Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the digital merchandising team.

Job Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field
Experience:
At least 8 years of experience in managing ecommerce business operations, campaign planning and project management
Strong familiarity with the different aspects of an online business such as operations, assortment listing, digital merchandising, content.
Exposure to environments with frequent promotional activities is a big plus.
