Digital Media Marketing Manager, E-commerce

Job Title: Media Performance Manager, Media, iProspect

Your role:

The purpose of this role is to collaborate with the Digital Media Performance teams across disciplines to develop and execute innovative and creative solutions for our clients.

Your key responsibilities:

  1. Client Management: Lead end-to-end client communication with little supervision on account performance and campaign health tracking.
  2. Campaign Planning: Work cross-functionally with clients, media planners, analytics, and agency partners to establish clear campaign strategy, tactics, objectives, and measurement KPIs for our paid social media, YouTube, Display and SEM campaigns.
  3. Campaign Execution & Maintenance: Monitor and measure campaign performance, leveraging insights and trends, and provide data-backed recommendations to clients and stakeholders.
  4. Analytics and Reporting: Provide weekly campaign reports for live campaigns and support the junior team in all EOC reports.
  5. Partner Management: Maintain close relationships with core media partners and help identify opportunities for new product test & learns.
  6. People Management: Manage a team of 2 to 5 people from both an account perspective and their overall career growth.

Skills and Experience:

  • Bilingualism: Arabic and English
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience
  • A proven track record working in performance media, specifically with ecommerce and lead gen-based client portfolio
  • Expertise level and hands-on experience with planning and managing all campaign types across Google Ads and social platforms
  • Worked in a client-facing role within an agency environment
  • The ability to work well under pressure with short deadlines across multiple teams
  • Experience with site tag management tools and analytics platforms.
  • Frequent domestic & international travel may be required
