Design, build and maintain our social media presence.
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI, ROAS and KPIs).
Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.
Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
Handle the working with the existing company digital agency and print house.
Plan and coordinate for special occasions such as anniversaries, etc.
Requirements:
Sales and Marketing: Have knowledge of marketing principles and methods for designing the campaign, launching, promoting, and using communication channels based on target market and audience (Localized Campaign, Nationwide Campaign, Seasonal Campaign, Tactical Campaign).
Microsoft Application: Advanced user of all Microsoft Office applications with major fluency in Excel.
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing & Management.
